1. Order and contract agreement
    All orders in the AlpenSepp® international Webshop are carried out exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Orders are binding order requests of the customer for the conclusion of a contract. If you have chosen the product that you want and you want to order on the shop you can correct all of the information provided until your order has been dispatched. Only send your order to AlpenSepp when you have checked your information on the last order page. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also find all additional information about the payment process and the delivery. The order of the item follows the transmission of the filled out order form in an online procedure. The order is accepted (conclusion of the contract) after checking your order and payment.
  2. Prices
    All product prices in the shop are listed in Euros, including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and will be displayed at the end of the ordering process — calculated based on your cart contents — before you complete your purchase.
  3. Weight data and cut to size
    Since we cut the food fresh and by hand from the cheese wheel, weight fluctuations of approx. 10 grams can occur in the whole piece upwards or downwards per product, depending on the cut. This is then simply corrected to the correct weight. If the order weight is not reached with one cut, a small piece is then added separately. The cheese is then vacuum-packed in an odour-tight manner. Due to the appealing appearance, however, we always try to keep these weight deviations as small as possible.
  4. Ordering, shipping and delivery
    In order to avoid pointlessly expensive, complicated and environmental packaging, orders are only shipped on Tuesdays (except on public holidays) by parcel service, post, etc. so that they reach the customer before the weekend. We reserve the right to change delivery dates due to weather conditions (extreme heat period) and will inform you accordingly. For the delivery on Tuesdays, orders are taken into account which are received and paid for by 22:00 on the previous Sunday. Occasional shipping breaks (vacations) will be announced in time online at www.alpensepp.com. We deliver to all countries available in the shop. For a foreign delivery (outside the EU) a previous inquiry is necessary to the tuning to info@alpensepp.shop. The costs for shipping and import regulations to non-EU countries are borne by the customer. By placing an order, the customer waives a declaration by AlpenSepp regarding the acceptance of his order.
  5. Customer and recipient as customer
    In the case of orders with delivery to third parties (e.g. as a gift recipient), the customer is deemed to be the customer. If the delivery is made to third parties in their favour or if the recipient of the delivery is enriched by the taking possession and further use of the delivery in another way, the customer and the recipient of the delivery are jointly deemed to be the customer. By placing such an order, the customer tacitly assures that the consignee’s consent has been obtained.
  6. Subscriptions | Orders with automatic deliveries
    1. The subscription starts immediately with your order via Fresh Shipping — without any delay.
    2. A preferred start date for the subscription is not possible, so please make sure to place your order at the right time.
    3. Deliveries are sent automatically according to your selected recurring schedule.
    4. Depending on the option you choose, the subscription either ends automatically or runs indefinitely. In your customer account, you can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time.
    5. Changing the delivery address after the subscription order has been placed is not possible — regardless of whether it is a standard subscription or a gift subscription.
  7. Payment Methods and Fees
    Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payment can be made using any of the payment methods available in the online shop. Any excessive transfer fees deducted from our account will be charged back to the customer.

  8. Payment by invoice and financing
    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
    1. Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here.
    2. Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.     The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.   9. Retention of Title
    The goods remain the property of Webdeals Shops GmbH until full payment has been received.

  10. Place of Performance / Jurisdiction
    For all rights and obligations arising hereunder, the place of jurisdiction for all parties involved shall be 6900 Bregenz, Austria, unless mandatory statutory provisions stipulate otherwise. Austrian law applies, under exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
  11. Complaints
    Obvious defects and transport damage must be reported to AlpenSepp in writing immediately upon receipt of the delivery, by email to info@alpensepp.shop. Later complaints cannot be considered.
  12. AI-Powered Chat Online Product Consultation in the Shop
    The AI-powered chat and consultation feature of our online shop is currently in a testing and learning phase. Please note that especially product consultations and statements made by the AI may not be entirely accurate or complete. For essential product details, it is crucial to contact our customer service directly via phone or email. Complaints based on incorrect AI advice without prior personal consultation regarding important details cannot be considered.
  13. Right of Withdrawal
    The customer may withdraw their contractual declaration within fourteen (14) working days without giving reasons, in text form or by returning the goods. This does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return because they may perish quickly or because their expiry date would be exceeded. The period begins upon receipt of this notice (with the confirmation of having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions).   14. Consequences of Withdrawal
    If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal (see point 14 of the Terms and Conditions) and has used the goods between delivery and return, they must compensate for the value of the use derived. If the customer is unable to return the received performance in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, they must provide compensation in value to Webdeals Shops GmbH. Items suitable for parcel shipment must be returned — larger deliveries (e.g. a whole wheel of cheese) may have to be returned by freight forwarder. If the delivered goods correspond to those ordered, the customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods. If AlpenSepp has delivered incorrectly, the return is free of charge for the customer. Returns from outside Austria are only free of charge after prior consultation with us.
  15. Data Protection
    We take data protection very seriously, and it is very important to us at AlpenSepp. All personal data collected on our website is stored and processed exclusively for your individual support in the course of order processing and for sending information (in particular Sepp’s Alpenpost via email). We assure you that your information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, and we exclude any disclosure to third parties.   16. Disclaimer for the contents of linked sites
    www.alpensepp.shop provides links to other websites on the internet where appropriate. For all such links, we have no influence on the design or content of the linked pages. We therefore expressly distance ourselves from all content of all linked third-party pages and do not adopt this content as our own. This statement applies to all displayed links and to all content of the pages to which the links lead.
  17. Image rights
    All image rights of images in the shop are owned by Webdeals Shops GmbH. A use without our explicit agreement is not permitted.
  18. Severability clause / Miscellaneous
    The invalidity of individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions or this contract of sale does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The legal regulation will replace the invalid provision.
