1. Order and contract agreement
    All orders in the AlpenSepp® international Webshop are carried out exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. Orders are binding order requests of the customer for the conclusion of a contract. If you have chosen the product that you want and you want to order on the shop you can correct all of the information provided until your order has been dispatched. Only send your order to AlpenSepp when you have checked your information on the last order page. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will also find all additional information about the payment process and the delivery. The order of the item follows the transmission of the filled out order form in an online procedure. The order is accepted (conclusion of the contract) after checking your order and payment.
  2. Payment and delivery
    The AlpenSepp® international webshop offers several payment options, some of which have an additional fee. The item is generally shipped within 24 hours on business days, except for “Pre-payment”. If the item cannot be delivered fully, we will immediately inform you and reserve the right of partial delivery or volume reductions. Possible delayed deliveries by AlpenSepp do not entitle you to compensation.
  3. Weight data and cut to size
    Since we cut the food fresh and by hand from the cheese wheel, weight fluctuations of approx. 10 grams can occur in the whole piece upwards or downwards per product, depending on the cut. This is then simply corrected to the correct weight. If the order weight is not reached with one cut, a small piece is then added separately. The cheese is then vacuum-packed in an odour-tight manner. Due to the appealing appearance, however, we always try to keep these weight deviations as small as possible.
  4. Ordering, shipping and delivery
    In order to avoid pointlessly expensive, complicated and environmental packaging, orders are only shipped on Tuesdays (except on public holidays) by parcel service, post, etc. so that they reach the customer before the weekend. We reserve the right to change delivery dates due to weather conditions (extreme heat period) and will inform you accordingly. For the delivery on Tuesdays, orders are taken into account which are received and paid for by 22:00 on the previous Sunday. Occasional shipping breaks (vacations) will be announced in time online at www.alpensepp.com. We deliver to all countries available in the shop. For a foreign delivery (outside the EU) a previous inquiry is necessary to the tuning to info@alpensepp.com. The costs for shipping and import regulations to non-EU countries are borne by the customer. By placing an order, the customer waives a declaration by AlpenSepp regarding the acceptance of his order.
  5. Customer and recipient as customer
    In the case of orders with delivery to third parties (e.g. as a gift recipient), the customer is deemed to be the customer. If the delivery is made to third parties in their favour or if the recipient of the delivery is enriched by the taking possession and further use of the delivery in another way, the customer and the recipient of the delivery are jointly deemed to be the customer. By placing such an order, the customer tacitly assures that the consignee’s consent has been obtained.
  6. Payment by invoice and financing
    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

    1. Get first. Pay later (in 14 days): The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. The complete terms and conditions you can find here.
    2. Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (at least 6.95 €) or else according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.     3. Pay Now (Sofort direct banking): Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
    4. Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods. You will be notified about the date by email.

    The payment methods invoice, part payment and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.   7. Shipping costs for delivery
    The shipping costs for deliveries in the country or abroad are shown to you shortly after finishing your order on the online shop. We only accept payments in Euros.
  8. Right of withdrawal / Cancellation policy
    See point 9 – goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for returns.
  9. Complaints
    The person who receives the item must immediately check it for integrity and accuracy. We take reclaimed goods back within 14 days after delivery. This does not apply to goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return because they can spoil quickly or their expiry date would be exceeded. Please share the reason for the complaint via e-mail.
  10. Automatic returns / Cost allocation
    In the case of a withdrawal, we ask you to send the item back to us. The customer bears the return costs – this also applies to automatic returns (and therefore a cancellation) of products by non-acceptance of the item, impossibility to deliver the item, or not collecting the item at the packet shop (if there is one). The incidental return costs are deducted from the refund of the purchase by the package service. Carriage forward returns are not accepted. We use the expensive Predict Package service by DPD and assume the extra shipping costs for the customer. With Predict, the customer has the option to redirect the package up to shortly before delivery and allow and guarantee deliverability.
  11. Offer and price
    All offers on the alpensepp.shop online shops are non-binding. Because the shop offer is reworked regularly, the given price applies at the moment of ordering. All previous prices become invalid after the shop inventory or an item has been updated. In the case of deliveries abroad, the customer may have to pay customs and/or taxes.
  12. Assets for successful recommendations
    User registration automatically activates commissions in the form of vouchers by means of recommendation links (CCRP). These vouchers are displayed in the customer area and can be used for purchases on the AlpenSepp® international webshop. Gift vouchers are exempt from the use of these vouchers. Only purchases made by new clients are compensated with a voucher. Misuse or attempted misuse by using false information is forbidden and, if noticed, leads to the recommendation link being locked and all existing and unused vouchers being deleted. No vouchers will be created as a commission for your own purchases, potential attempts will be blocked if recognized and will also lead to the recommendation link being locked and all existing and unused vouchers being deleted. By using the commission link, these conditions are accepted. You cannot make a cash payment for the generated voucher. Legal action is excluded from vouchers for recommendations.
  13. Retention of title
    The product remains our property until the client has paid the full amount.
  14. Liability
    We are not liable for any faults or technical problems that can occur on the Internet. The Austrian law applies.
  15. Liability for content
    The information on this website is given for general information and is non-binding.
  16. Disclaimer for the contents of linked sites
    There are may several links to other manufacturers’ pages on this website. We would like to stress that we have no influence on the content or design of the pages that we link to. Therefore, we cannot take any responsibility for the currency, accuracy, or integrity of the information on these pages. We expressly distance ourselves from all of the contents of these sites.   19. Severability clause / Miscellaneous
    The invalidity of individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions or this contract of sale does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The legal regulation will replace the invalid provision.
