Only freshly cut and packaged products meet our quality expectations!
To guarantee that your indulgence order is fresh and of the highest product quality, speed is absolutely essential. This also means that package delivery must be as short as possible. And the fact that we meet this requirement is something you can taste with every single bite. But how is this actually achieved?
Our fresh shipping is the key to this — for the shortest transport time and for your taste experience.
We ship once a week. Every Tuesday, we ship all orders placed by Sunday at 10:00 PM.
Exceptions are public holidays during the week, for which we have to adjust the packaging time to ensure delivery in the same week. We make every effort to prevent the indulgence package from being stored in the transport warehouse over the weekend.
SPEAKING OF GIFTS | COMMUNICATION IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITH THE ORDERER
The issue here is data protection (GDPR): The orderer receives the shipping information and is obliged to promptly inform the recipient.
The order must be completed and paid for by Sunday at 10:00 PM. All orders received later (for prepayment orders, after receipt of payment) will be collected for shipping in the following calendar week. Then, only a few hours later on Monday, your Alpine cheese is cut fresh from the wheel according to your order, inspected, vacuum-packed, and packaged.
By Tuesday, your AlpenSepp cheese package is already on its way to you via fast parcel service — and you can track the package online. The link to track your package will be sent to you via email along with the invoice for your order.
3 REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE SINGLE GOAL!
1. The highest possible product quality,
2. as fresh as possible,
3. as fast as possible to your table.
Your experience with cheese or our products and taste is our reward for this effort for freshness.
Modern shopping must be not only simple but also efficient in packaging and environmentally friendly!
Environmental protection plays a central role in our online indulgence shop. In addition to the freshness guarantee, weekly package shipping also reduces the environmental impact caused by transportation. Furthermore, we largely avoid the use of plastic in package packaging (package, package adhesive, and filling material). Our cartons are made primarily of recycled cardboard. We use packing paper as filling material. Despite these ideal conditions, avoiding unnecessary packaging materials remains a top priority for environmental protection.
Therefore, we pack all ordered products together in one carton, which is especially important for indulgence boxes. If multiple indulgence boxes with the same delivery address are ordered, we do not package each box individually and then package them all together again. Instead, the entire content is packaged together in one environmentally friendly carton. The separation of individual box contents must be done by the customer. Upon customer request, we are considering offering individual packaging as an option. However, due to the significantly higher packaging effort and the increased need for packaging material, this will be a paid option.
We would be happy to hear about your personal taste experience with our cheese.
