That’s a good question. Fluffy’s is 100% real hay-milk cheese from which 100% of the moisture (water) has been removed.
Through a special process, the cheese becomes a very tasty, long-lasting cheese snack with no loss of flavour and no need for cooling!
The 3 flavours of Fluffy’s are currently being produced in the test phase with only 3 types of cheese: Emmental, alpine cheese – spicy and alps cheese – without any other ingredients.

The cheese is cut and dried. Using innovative technology that extracts the moisture from our REAL cheeses at a low temperature, wonderful Fluffy’s are created.
The cheese flavour is 100% preserved – even intensified – and the taste is ubelievable!

Yes, our hay-milk cheeses are 100% gluten-free and remain so because nothing is added during the “snack transformation”.
