It is very important to us to make the payment process as simple, convenient and modern as possible. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to offer all known and popular payment options. And we are constantly adding new technologies, as long as they are appealing and make sense. This makes it very easy for everyone to successfully place an order.
Information Online Payment
Honesty and transparency are very important to us. Therefore, we have decided to raise awareness about the fees charged by payment service providers and provide information about the amount of these commissions on this page. Typically, these costs are included in the product price, which is then increased accordingly for all customers.
Achieving an optimal price-performance ratio is our primary goal. Therefore, we believe it is unfair to include the associated costs for every customer in the product price. For reasons of transparency, we have decided to charge a proportional service fee based on economic necessity and the chosen payment method.
Prepayment
As soon as we receive your bank transfer, we will prepare your enjoyment package for dispatch the following week on Monday. We wait a maximum of 14 days for the receipt of your transfer, after which we will cancel your order. Please note: bank transfers (also online) can take 2-3 working days. Therefore, we advise you not to pay in advance for urgent orders.

For payments by credit card, Giropay, iDeal, Bancontact and other payment methods, we use the financial service provider Stripe. The payment is made immediately, directly after the order.
In order to increase security when paying by credit card, we have decided to use the 3D-Secure security system for credit card payments. Information on this can be obtained from your bank. The previously sufficient 3-digit numerical code on the back of the credit card is no longer compatible with today’s security technology, i.e. credit card fraud is too easy. The financial protection of the customer is simply too important.
Stripe charges commission of up to 1,4% plus € 0,25 fixed fee for your payment. If you cancel your order, this amount will not be refunded to the merchant.

Apple Pay, Google Pay
We also use the financial service provider Stripe for payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay. Due to the payment release via fingerprint, this is the most modern and easiest payment method we offer.
Above all, however, shopping on your smartphone and tablet becomes child’s play. The address data is automatically filled in by the Apple or Google account and the purchase is completed by confirmation on the smartphone or fingerprint.

Amazon Pay
Amazon is very much appreciated by many people because it is simply “easy”. And because more and more people already have an Amazon account, payment via Amazon Pay is dramatically simplified. Before completing the order, log in and all address fields are automatically filled in with the data on the personal Amazon customer account. We charge a 2% service fee for order processing.
For the merchant, Amazon Pay is expensive and time-consuming to process. Unfortunately, Amazon clearly disadvantages Austrian merchants in fair competition with German merchants by means of reduced commissions.
Amazon charges a commission of up to 2,9 % plus a € 0,35 fixed fee. If the order is cancelled, this amount is not paid back to the merchant.

PayPal
PayPal is now a household name worldwide for easy payment and maximum security for customers against fraud. The payment is made directly after the order. In order to make ordering as simple as possible without having to enter address data manually, registration for PayPal payment is already possible before the purchase is completed. For order processing we charge a service fee of 2% or an increased service fee of 4,99% outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

PayPal charges commission of up to 3,4% plus € 0,35 fixed fee. In addition, a surcharge of 1,99% applies to customer payments from outside the EEA. If the order is cancelled, this amount is not paid back to the merchant.

Purchase on account
With Klarna‘s financial service, the customer can pay conveniently and risk-free with purchase on account or hire purchase. 100% risk-free because the ordered goods arrive before payment – therefore any seal suggesting a secure order is superfluous and invalid. The invoice is issued by Klarna and is sent by e-mail. The payment term of an order is up to 30 days. We charge a higher service fee of 5 % for the more complex order processing.
Please note: If payment by invoice is rejected, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method. We do not know the reason for a payment rejection by Klarna. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact Klarna customer service.
For the merchant, Klarna is expensive and time-consuming in terms of processing. Klarna charges a commission of up to 3,25 % plus up to € 1,69 fixed fee. If the order is cancelled, this amount is not refunded to the merchant.
