The cheese is worth its euro.
Great quality.
The service, however .... Well.
I waited 11 days to be delivered and then again four days to delivery.
Maybe you should let the customers decide themselves with which parcel company it is sent.
DPD was completely unreliable.
Three times the delivery address approached and finally met on the fourth day.
Receiver was there every day at home.

Hello Marco. Thank you for the rating and the feedback. We have to correct a little bit. Order was made on prepayment on Tuesday 15.5. - on 16.5 was money receipt. We ship only once a week on Tuesday, the orders of the previous week. Therefore on the 21st of May the cut was on the 22nd pick - up by DPD - delivery in Germany on 25.5. DPD took 2 days - that's fine. Best regards from the Alpen Sepp Team.

Not so good barely taste for chili!

Hello Mr. Cizek, thanks for your review. Cheese is always individual in taste. We do not add too much chilli - it's all about chili. The most important thing for us is always to preserve the taste of the cheese dough - the most important quality feature - and not the spice. The cheese dough (this is the art of the dairyman) is therefore never "mixed" with spices - almost a purity requirement. Best regards from Vorarlberg - Your Alpen Sepp Team

Internet presence and marketing very good. Too bad that the cheese can not keep up here. Very flat and too dry for our taste.

Hello Kurt. Cheese is and remains a matter of taste. Some prefer the mild cheese, the others the spicy cheese varieties. Maybe the spicy box is ideal. Just try it. Thanks for your review of our cheese side, we are always on it. 🙂
