Culinary Highlights with AlpenSepp® and Kolibri Eismanufaktur
The event was not only a treat for tech enthusiasts but also for food lovers.
At AlpenSepp, we’ve been synonymous with top-quality cheese from the Bregenzerwald for over a decade. For the Tesla opening, we presented guests with a cheese buffet featuring specialties like our Rehmer Sennhus Bergkäse, made from raw milk – mild, spicy, and full-bodied – and the creamy REHMOCTA semi-hard cheese. These were complemented by well-aged Camembert soft cheeses.
The use of hay milk from local farmers and traditional production methods ensures the highest quality, delighting even children.
Kolibri Eismanufaktur provided a cool respite from the summer heat with handmade ice cream. Known for natural ingredients and creative flavors like lavender-lemon or raspberry-basil, Kolibri also offered vegan and lactose-free options.
Their focus on regional ingredients and sustainable production added a local and innovative touch to the event. “The ice cream was a dream,” raved one visitor.
This combination of exquisite cheese and refreshing ice cream made the day unforgettable.
