With this gift box with a viewing window and cheese register inserts, you will get to know the full cheese flavor world of our cheese varieties from our Bregenzerwald. Thanks to the newly developed packaging, the gift box is also elegantly presented. Each piece of cheese is individually vacuum-sealed.

- Do I get the fresh Alpine cheese delivery to the exact gram?
Yes, of course. But since the cheese is freshly cut for each delivery, it is often not 100% possible to meet the exact weight of the desired cheese amount. If the weight is too low, we simply add the missing piece. An exception is the cheese boxes. Here we deliver the total package weight exactly, but do not strictly adhere to the weight of the individual pieces of cheese. - How is the Alpine cheese packaged and how is cooling ensured?
The cheese is vacuum-sealed airtight. Temperature is crucial. If it is too warm, the cheese matures too quickly. If it is too cold, the aroma suffers. If it is too warm, the cheese begins to sweat and gradually dries out. Properly cooled (at about 8-12°C), the cheese can be stored for about 3 months or longer. - How long does it take for the cheese to reach me?

Yes, there is a minimum cheese amount of 200 or 300 grams per selected cheese variety per order position. - Is there a maximum order quantity?
Of course not. If you need a very large quantity of cheese, it is not a problem, and we will discuss it with you. - What are the delivery or shipping costs?
DPD has helped us a lot. For Germany and Austria, we can therefore offer a favorable flat rate for each country.
