Here we deliver the total package weight exactly, but do not precisely measure the weight of the individual cheese pieces. - How is the Alpine cheese packaged and what about cooling?
The cheese is vacuum-sealed airtight. During the warmer seasons, cooling elements are added to the packaging if necessary. - How long is premium cheese shelf-stable?
The most important factor is temperature. If it is too warm, the cheese ripens too quickly. If it is too cold, the flavor suffers. If it is too warm, the cheese begins to sweat and gradually dries out. When stored in ideal cooling conditions (at around 8-12°C), the cheese can last for about 3 months or longer. - How long does it take for the cheese to arrive?
