More Details About the AlpenSepp® Subscription
Depending on the selected subscription option, we send cheese variations once a month, once a quarter, or at another chosen interval. In any case, shipping always takes place during our weekly freshness delivery at the start of the week.
The subscription can be paused or canceled at any time via the Cockpit (customer area). Additionally, you will get a sneak peek at new products not yet listed in our online shop through our enjoyable cheese subscriptions.
FAQ | Frequently Asked Questions About the Subscription
When Does the Subscription Start?
IMMEDIATELY. The subscription always starts immediately upon ordering. The first delivery is made with the next freshness shipment. Therefore, the subscription should be ordered when you want it to begin and not earlier!
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests for alternative start dates due to technical limitations.
What Are the Shipping Costs?
For every package delivery, the courier charges corresponding fees for each shipment. Additionally, the costs and efforts of packing the product are repeated for every delivery.
Therefore, shipping costs are charged anew for every delivery within the subscription.
Alternative Delivery Address
There is no difference in handling between a single order and a subscription with automatic deliveries.
If an alternative delivery address is needed, it should first be entered on the checkout page. In the second step, a different address can be entered for billing purposes.
Personal Words for the Recipient
The package will only include a delivery note specifying the contents. It is possible to leave a personal message on the delivery note.
After entering the delivery address on the checkout page, there is an option to add this personal message under "Additional Notes."
Invoice Will Be Sent via Email
Only the delivery note is included in the package. The invoice for the order will be sent exclusively via email, along with the tracking link for the order.
You can also download the invoice at any time in the Cockpit (customer area) after logging in.
Gift Ideas for the Subscription
Of course, gifting is possible, but not directly within the subscription, as the delivery address cannot be changed once set. Here's an explanation using Christmas as an example:
OPTION 1: With an Additional Single Order
The first order is placed as a single order with your own delivery address on December 15. This can then be personally gifted at Christmas. The second order is placed in mid-January as a subscription, for example, with three deliveries in January, February, and March.
OPTION 2: As a Voucher
For Christmas, you inform the recipient via a voucher about the gift that will begin in January.
The subscription order is then placed in mid-January, for example, with three deliveries in January, February, and March, shipped immediately with the freshness delivery.
