Absolutely. However, as the cheese is freshly cut for each order, it may not always be possible to meet the exact weight. For shortages, we simply add the missing piece. Cheese boxes are an exception: we deliver the total package weight exactly but may not match the weight of individual cheese pieces. - How is the Alpine cheese packaged and cooled?
The cheese is vacuum-sealed airtight. During warmer seasons, cooling elements are added to the packaging if needed. - How long does premium cheese stay fresh?
The key factor is temperature. If it’s too warm, the cheese ripens too quickly. If it’s too cold, the aroma suffers. Ideally stored (at about 8–12°C), the cheese can last approximately 3 months or longer. - How long does it take for the cheese to arrive?
