We wanted to actively help our alpine dairy farmers in the region so that they would receive a fair price for their honest work. Months later, this became the Alpen Sepp cooperation project with our alpine dairy in the Bregenzerwald; 222 dairy farmers with 2,500 cows. The enormous time expenditure and the high capital requirement of this project were unclear, but this is of secondary importance. We had decided on Alpen Sepp from the bottom of our hearts, it was a clear common YES.
