With the junior biter you and your children enjoy a local alps snack specialty with a pleasant taste. They are durable without cooling.

For junior biter storage, a cool, dry room with a temperature of up to 18 °C is sufficient.
Ideally, the junior biter sausage should be stored under vacuum. It is at least 2 months durable.
Due to the open storage the sausage loses water, so it is getting harder. The spicier gets its taste.
If junior biter sausages are stored open, white spots can occur on the sausage casings.
