🍝 Alpine Speckuponara
Ingredients (serves 2): 250g pasta, 2 egg yolks + 1 whole egg, 60g grated AlpenSepp mountain cheese, 2 tsp Bio Speckup, pepper.
Method: Cook the pasta al dente. Whisk the eggs, mountain cheese, and Speckup into a creamy mixture. Take the hot pasta off the heat and toss with the mixture, stirring in a splash of pasta water for pure creaminess. Finish with a sprinkle of Speckup.

Ingredients: 600g floury potatoes, 150g starch, 1 egg, 100g AlpenSepp Rässkäse (cubed), Alpine butter, Speckup.
Method: Make the potato doughDetecting cheese defects and quality - on the cheese dough. Method: Parboil the cabbage wedges in stock with caraway for 10 minutes. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with Alpine butter, and roast at 190°C for 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle generously with Speckup.
